Marking changes to your taxi journey can be done by email up to 12hrs beforehand,on shorter notice, changes can only be made by phone +31(0)655703069. Cancelling your trip up to 12hrs beforehand, is without any cost. On late cancellations a cancellation fee might apply. This could result in having to pay for the full taxi fare. Prepaid fares will be refunded asap.
It is always possible that you and your driver will experience delays along the way. Of course that's very bothersome, and we will do everything we can to prevent that you reach your destination later than initially planned. However, our taxi service is not responsible for delays that might lead to you missing your flight.
